Other than practice, You should concentrate on yourself when you're talking. For introverted people, they're more worried about what the other person is thinking and feeling so much so that they lose sight of their true meaning for speaking, and cannot communicate it effectively. Just concentrate on your own thoughts and breath to give you focus. Take your time in it, there's no rush. The greatest cause of anxiety is feeling like you have no control over something. So when you concentrate on what you have to say, you take back that control and it becomes about what you have to say, not about what they are thinking about when you're saying it. You'll be unstoppable. Possessing higher confidence you'll move on to practice magnetive eye contact or eye contact that you hold for the duration of conversing. Creating a stronger feeling of confidence and increasing your overall Charisma.

I think you should read novels and newspapers or any comics. Cuz this way u will learn how to use the vocabs, phrases and idioms. It really works cuz my friends are so much into novels and all these stuffs and these ppl know very good english.

Read a lot with understanding, listen to a lot of spoken words / expression & make them your own. If you practise how best you can tell of your information to others in an assembly or classroom, you'll learn it well. That's all!
