How can I conquer my fear of doing back walkovers and back handsprings?

a few months ago i was able to at least do a back walkover alone with no fear but now im back to a bridge kick over. i want to get better at tumbling but i don't have money to take classes so i teach myself. I use to do back handsprings too but now i can't do those either. (I find them less scary then walkovers) the only cool trick i feel like i can do is a side aerial bu ti want to advance. Has anyone else gone through this??
