How do you reply to feedback left on ebay?

EBAY How can I revise the feedback I left for someone?

• I made a mistake I have never made. I thought since I was there I would leave good feedback for this person too.. But look. I ordered Apple Earphones for my Ipod Touch and after I left the feedback I opened the package and one side is 4 in. longer than the other and the wiring is all screwed up. Don't bother telling me I'm an idiot.. because clearly I'm here asking for help. Thanks in adv.

  Unfortunately, you'll have to let it ride. The only way to change feedback is to have the seller request a feedback change -- and somehow I don't think they are going to be willing to do that to change 'good' to 'bad'. Check the original listing, though, and see if the person offers refunds. Try to get one.
