How could I be a guest on the Jerry Springer Show?

What word or phrase can I used to describe people rather that "Jerry Springer show guest".?

  • I am speaking tonight about a major accomplishment I had when I was younger. I need to tell how I stayed the course. I actually was angry all the time at the losers around me. I want to tell people that I had people in my life who are like the guests on the Jerry Springer show but I can't bring that show into the speech....how can I descibe the nasty, disfunctional, people I grew up around? I need something concise but of course I don't want anyone to need a dictionary to figure our what it means. Thank you!

What's more important is to give examples of what they did, why, and what impact it had on you and how you dealt with it If you didn't or you didn't deal well back then, then say how you would deal with them now.. I like Kimmyesque's suggestions. "Brain donor" is short and to the point. I've used "knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing troglodyte" and "waste of skin", but my favorite is still "single-celled creature". I hope your speech goes well tonight!!

As a child i was consistently angry of the ignorant people in my surroundings. They had little manners and constantly fed on starting trouble with me and each other. Growing up around these type of people can have an extremely negative impact on a child's life but fortunately I was able to continue with my life, striving towards success leaving those vulgar people behind.
