What is your worst customer service experience (thru phone ok)?

  • Please tell me the worst customer service experinec you had... I called my banks customer service hotline and I was asking this person she was asking me questions she already asked and not resolving my query. Wow what kind of customer service is that???

    The worse is when I call like creditcards,, omg I cannot stand when they can hardly speak any English!! I don't get it, why can't they have people who speak english, ethier I can't understand them or they can't understand me and they start to get rude if you can't understand them. That is the worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's happened with HSBC and Roadrunner and several others!! One time I even wrote a letter to roadrunner because the lady was trying to give me directions and numbers, I had to keep asking her to repeat it cause she could bairly speak English, I couldn't believe how mean she was to me !!

OMG... By far it is WALMART! Or Walmart.com actually! OMG the CR's are clueless about anything! My daughter wanted a Nintendo DS lite for Xmas. I saw online that they had a package deal with the console, two games and a case for $149.64. I had been watching this item for about a week just waiting on the next week's payday. When I did try to order it, the link they had on the site was bad and everytime we clicked it, it took us to a different page with a bunch of x's. We called the CS line and spoke to someone about it. They had no idea what we were talking about. Finally, we made the CR go onto the site with us. She saw what we were talking about and said it was a site prob and would be fixed the next day. If it wasn't she would just take the order over the phone. She promised to put a note in the system as well. The next day it was still not fixed and the rep ordered the wrong frickin thing just to get me off the phone! Finally we went to the supervisor and she said they no longer were offering that anymore! OMG was I mad... I went over her and finally got the stupid thing ordered! They had to refund the amt for the wrong item and then turn around and take out more money for the actual product we wanted! It took a total of four days to get it resolved and a whole lot of stress! I hope my seven year old loves this thing like a fat kid loves cake lol!

I answer calls at a customer service center for tolls and stuff Worst guy i answered was this idiot who didnt understand why he had to pay tolls, then complained about why he had to pay extra because he didnt pay the toll saying that the alternative route wasted him more petrol. Then he started going all abusive about the goverment 'ripping us off' and swearing all over the place. Like WTF? we arent even owned by the government, the tolls need to be paid so they can hire ppl like me and the rest can be used to repair the roads. By the end of the call he was practically yelling at the phone and that was it, i slammed the phone on him.

When a telemarketer with a foreign accent went into some sort of hysteria demanding to get me to take cell phone service.. crazy! Close second place; A man asking for charity became extremely rude when I said I will have to check with an associate first before pledging a donation.
