What is the cheapest method for shipping a domestic item?

I ordered an item with a "shipping vendor" method. What is this?

• It added 8 bucks to my subtotal, but i seen 1-5 business days, when the original was 2 weeks. Will it now ship earlier?

  simply, you ordered from a place that doesnt have it in their building, but vendor will drop ship to you direct from their place and the distance from there may be quite a bit more than the ordering house you placed it with....and the 8.l00 steps up the transit time on it so it all depends on where you are vs shipping point actual..also since its shipping to a presumed residence vs a business building, there is a surcharge in transit expense when stuff goes to a house vs commerciail location..a penalty of sorts applied....so you should end up seeing it quite a bit faster than normal/might be worth that 8.00 charge to you
