If a website is selling something, & the price is £____, can I still buy it with American Dollars?

So, I wanna buy clip-in extensions & this website has the most bang-for-your-buck, but I noticed they're selling their items in the British Pound currency...I'm in America. I know that one pound is equal to 1.4-1.6 of a dollar, so if the product is £35, It'd be around $60. Could I just pay 60 USD instead? Or do I have to pay in pounds? & if it varies by company/website, the URL is this... http://www.sarahs-hair-extensions.com/ PLEASE let me know!! I really want to buy these extensions, & I don't wanna get my hopes up that I can & then I end up not being able to because of the currency.
