How do I go about contacting a paralegal?

How can I go about contacting a health inspector about a produce store selling expired products in the U.S.?

• Okay...so I went into this grocery store today and almost everything they were selling was expired. I complained to the manager and he just caught an attitude with me and told me that the distribution company that they use is small so they put new products in out dated wrapping example (eggs expiration date May 1, 2009) but selling them today. Where can I go and complain so a food inspector can come and shut them down? Thanks!
