Is it possible to get your account back from being permanantly suspended on cabal online?

If you been permanently suspended from Ebay, is it possible to get back on with another account?

• To make a long story short, I was suspended (indefinitely even though the guy in the email said there are no plans now or in the future to reinstate any of my 3 accounts that were suspended) The items I was suspended for were public domain dvds (perfectly legal. check Ebays help pages). For some reason other sellers are still being allowed to sell the exact same items, but I was suspended for it. Go figure. For some reason I was singled out. I owe Ebay fees on 2 of the accounts, but when the guy wrote back (after I wrote them and asked what indefinitely meant) and said that there were no plans now or in the future to reinstate the accounts, then I said to heck with paying the fees. I want to get back on Ebay so we can start selling childrens clothes, but I'm thinking that if I try to open a new account and list again, then they will just banish me again. Do I wait awhile? I hate the fact that Ebay is so hypocritical. There are other sellers still active selling the exact same items that was was suspended for and I attempted to turn the other sellers in for it and Ebay will not remove their auctions. But anyway, if anyone knows of a way then please let me know.

  Are you sure it was for selling the DVD's or was it the fact that you had 3 accounts? Why would you need 3 accounts. I've seen 1 seller using 1 account sell off sorts of stuff. You don't need a different account for each type of merchandise. The fact that you had 3 accounts may have made eBay very suspicious of your activities.
