Where can we bid online SAP-ABAP projects?

Contractor funding in bid/no bid decision?

  • The actual availability of Customer Funding factors in to the contractor’s “bid/no bid” decision. This is because it is important to know if the owner really has the available funds to perform the project. This is a greater concern for contractors considering RFPs from public sector owners (i.e. government projects) than for RFPs from private sector owners (i.e. homeowners, private schools, private developers). Is this true or wrong? Thanks

  • Answer:

I'm sure your question is for some course. I'll answer from personal experience in the real world. It may be "wrong" for your coursework, but trust me, it's how the world really works. The answer is true. The public sector places huge restrictions on contractors bidding on RFPs.
