customers want the correct food they ordered (no mistakes) delivered in a hurry....now! and usually with a smile/cheery attitude...but not as important as the first. You also need customer sense...who wants chat time with you, who just wants food now. So you're core competencies are about giving the customer what s/he wants, as described above. You would describe yourself in terms of success rate for doing all that.
