Is survey scout a scam?

All online survey and completing offers are scam.?

• I have tried everything, the first one I tried is Cash Crate, and its scam, there no way to make money by their offers and survey since they perpetually make you take one super long survey because they keep redirecting you to different ones so you wont know if that survey was credited since it takes days if not hours to see if that certain certain survey you did have worked. Treasure trooper, Prizebook, etc. their all scams. There are those who would say they actually work and then "REFER" you to a "CERTAIN" site, through a "REFER LINK"(so they get $ for refering you) the reason they just refer people and say that you can make money through completing survey is because they themselves, can't make money by that alone. So do yourselves a favor who ever is reading even if you dont comment on this question, dont participate in any kind of those "SCAMS" anymore. They just bloomed out all of a sudden and its being a real plague because it enslaves those who actually waste their time on it

  Actually they aren't scams. :] I use them. Including cashcrate. If you read the description next to the offer or survey link, cash crate tells you exactly what to do like "fill out the form".. once you fill it out, the site that you was filling it out for will direct you to some other crap, but you already did your part. just close it and go back to cash crate and continue doing your thing.
