How does one start their own courier service?

I like to start a DVD rental business all over India with courier service.How can i do that? Please help me?

  • I like to start a DVD monthly rental business all over the India and also in south India.I need information to start this business legally and also the courier company who will give their service to collect and deliver the DVD's from me to customer and vice-versa.     you should study how netflix or blockbuster currently do it in the US to understand the business model. i dont know it there are already companies in india that also do this, but if there are, you sould study them also
