What do you think when you call a business and a person answers who obviously is not in your country?

  • I feel INSULTED! If I wanted to talk to a guy in India, I would have gone to India to buy the product or service!

  • Answer:

    I hate it with a passion. they do not understand what you are saying half of the time. They butcher your name, as they do not pronounce things the same as we do. It also took work out of the United States by contracting the work to them over there. If they are going to sell the product here in the united States I feel they should have people here in the US to help you with your problem.
