What do I do if the UPS lost my package?

I ordered some stuff from Wet Seal last week, and the UPs said they delivered it to my house yesterday, but they actually didn't. My mom told me to fix it myself, an I have no idea what to do!? Do I contact the UPS or Wet Seal? Because when I tried to report a lost package on the UPS site it took me to the page to ship stuff. Idk.

That sucks, if you didn't have insurance on it then you're screwed, I'd try calling UPS customer support.
