How do I send an item to a customer on eBay?
-
This is a HUGE n00b question, it's my first time using eBay. I'm selling an Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS PCI if anyone's intersted. Anyways, it's going to be delivered via UPS 2-day service without shipping costs (for the customer). But I want to know how I send the item to them. Do I send it to some ebay-based location who then sends it to the customer? Or do I ship it directly to the customer? The second question is, since I selected the UPS 2-day service without shipping fees for the highest bidder, do I have to pay some costs to compensate for what they're not paying?

Answer:
You send it directly to them. Once they win you obtain their address and payment and then you ship it to the address given. Since you stated no charge for shipping then you will have to absorb the cost.
