How do I write a perfect CV?

Heya guys, I just turned 18 in Jan and was thinking about doing a part-time job. I'm currently in 2nd year of A-level courses so, I was wondering how do I write my CV if I want to apply for part time job at Co-operative, sainsbury's, etc but Im stuck at my profile :S Please dont take me as dummy, I've done work experiences few times as well as voluntary work but never applied for a job in a formal way like this. Please help me Im clueless :< Can somebody show me the correct format to write an ideal CV, would be thankful if you can write me a 5-6 profile meeting the criteria to apply @ Sainsbury, Co-op or any retail chains like those two in UK. Thanks in advance, much love :3

keep it relevant, don't make it too long - 1 page pref., 2 pages max.

try signing up to reed.co.uk, you can use their CV builder, it gives you a template and you just need to fill in the sections, other places offer it but it usually costs money, this one is free, hope it helps.
