Has anyone received their refund who had a 1301 error message?

Refund Expected date of 2/7/2012 ? Where's my refund?

  • Hello, I e-filed on turbo tax on January 20th. It was accepted January 21st. "Where's My Refund" has always either read that my refund is being processed and should be there before Feb. 7th, or it has given me an error message (which i'm sure it may have to do with updating the system) . Well today is Feb. 7th and I still haven't received a refund nor a different message. WMR still says "Being processed and should be there before the 7th". I would at least expect it to give me a confirmed Direct deposit date. I called the IRS and she just told me to wait -_- . I also checked the bank that processes the refund and it also doesn't show a refund deposited. My question is, is anyone else going through this that may have filed around the same time as me? My friend and I filed the same day. He got his a while ago. Also, when should I expect my refund? Thanks

    Its being processed and should be available in 2-3 weeks. Usual time.

Yes I am in the same boat. I filed on Jan 16th and it got sent in on the 17th it was accepted on the 19th my expected deposit date was for the 27th of January then it changed to the 1st of Feb and then it changed to the 3rd of February and now it says still the 7th of February but it is the 9th and still no deposit. I can never talk to a real person...and by reading what you guys have already out there is no need for me to contact a real person or go into a local office. . . ...but still no deposit or help.

im in the same boat i filed on the jan 19 got accepted on the 19 my date to get my refund feb 7 no money on that day now when i go to where's my refund it say we have recieve your taxes n its been process it not givin me a date or nothing. they must dont know people need their money , they said it a week delay so what we will get our refund on feb 14? i guess it just up in the air

i filed mine on jan. 19th and i was told i should have mine no later then feb. 1st then i check where's my refund and it says the 7th also. well its the 7th right now and i still don't have mine either. :( idk.

yea i feel you todays the 7th and still no money in my account.... went to the local irs building this morning he said give it a few days then come back if its not in by friday morning call the irs 2 days ago and was told that dont expect nothing until the 21st .....im confused and i filed 23rd and accepted 23rd alo im a first time filer i really am confused and deperate for my cash ........SUMBODY HELP?

It's the same deal for my wife and me. We filed on Jan. 10th and the IRS accepted it on the 19th of January. First it said we should have it by the 1st of February and then later it said we should have it by the 7th of February which has now since passed with no refund deposited yet. I tried calling the IRS yesterday (the 7th) but all I get is an automated system no matter what buttons I push. I'm guessing we will get it anytime now but it's the first time we've never gotten our refund in that window that the IRS has specified for us. The funny part is that the state refund we got was accepted on the 21st last month and we got our state refund on the 23rd! Talk about fast! Usually we get our federal refund first and then our state refund if any last.
