UPS lost my package. What do I do?

Please Help me find my lost UPS Package?

• So I sent a package with ups and it is the most important package of my life , it had my passport, $250 money order, a visa application and so on, ups lost it and I also lost my job because of this, the ? I had for you is the owner of the ups store never even asked me if I wanted to insure it so now all I get back is a lousy $100, is he required to ask me If I want to insure it or did he purposely not ask me to benefit his horrible company? Also there is still a chance they could find it, that would be amazing, if any of you know anything that would help me find my package, anyone I could call or anything I should say to help make them find it or any ideas ? Please help.

  First off, you should report that your passport is lost, so no one uses your identity to go anywhere, etc. I've never had any personal experience with UPS losing packages, but it seems to always happen with Canada Post here. What I usually do is get whoever sent it to open an investigation because sometimes it reads it's successfully delivered even when it's not. I've had it happen twice, where they miraculously find the package once I open an investigation. I hope this helped. Good luck!
