Is it hard to get a bachelors degree in finance?

Do you need a bachelors degree in Finance, or a bachelors degree in accounting to get a CFA/CPA?

I have a B.S in biology...do i need a bachelors in finance or accounting to get a CFA or a CPA? I live in massachusetts.
