How do i ship my ebay item to a buyer who bought two items from me.?

I sold two separate items to a Ebay Buyer- I charged shipping rates on both items. When i send them the invoice for both items which includes both shipping rates do i have to mail the items to the seller in two different box's or can i use one box to send it?
