UPS tracking not working?

  • I ordered from forever21 couple days ago. Got 2 day shipping. Well I ordered it friday night I think.. Or was it thursday.. well I don't remember but anyways. I've been checking my tracking. And last time I checked (which was yesterday) It was already in my area and I was supposed to get it today (by the end of the day) Well when I clicked the tracking link they gave me again (today) It lead me to the ups site but it said, "UPS: Page not found" The ups.com page you requested cannot be found. It may have been moved or deleted. And blah blah blah. So I just opened a new window so I could just copy and paste my tracking number and try to click a new, "track my package" thing. But it won't even let me track a package. I think there's something wrong with the ups tracking site. to check up on orders. First I thought it was just mines but I don't know for sure. Will this make a difference in my package coming today? Will it still come today or will they postpone it until the tracking site gets fixed? O_O

    I have an order being shipped and tried to track my package but encountered the same problem. I called the customer service number on UPS website and got an automated messages... "UPS is currently experiencing technical difficulties". There is no information about when the service will be operational again, nor is there any way to speak to a live person.

It's back up now! Had the same problem. :)

I had a delivery out at 2am. UPS usually comes around noon. They didn't show up today (almost 8pm now). So the "technical difficulties" could mean that your package arrives later than anticipated... UPS is a mediocre-at-best shipping company, so I'm not surprised.

I am having the Same Exact Issue that you are. I thought it was my computer or something.. so I tried with several different computers and browsers.. and the UPS tracking page cannot be found. So.. its not you... or me....it is UPS. :-)

Same here. Worked fine yesterday and even randomly today but for the most part I keep getting a "page not found" error. No bueno

I'm having the same problem too. It worked yesterday for me. I've tried on two computers and get the same message.

can't track at all. Worked fine yesterday, but no page could be found today. Must be something wrong with their website.

Your package should still come today if it was out for delivery this morning. But as for the UPS website, I am awaiting a package and it is working fine for me.
