• Some people have floated the idea of putting up a donation website to collect money to finance a plane to collect air directly from a contrail/chemtrail to have it definitively tested. People involved are from both sides of the "chemtrails" argument, and so would want a neutral third party to hold the money and so forth. I know lawyers do stuff like that, but they tend to be expensive. Anyone know of a cheaper yet bonded and legit option?

  It's not the company that holds the money, it's the company that uses it that's the real issue. You can set up an account at most banks to receive money for a cause. They banks don't care what the money will be used for or when or even who uses it as long as it's withdrawn correctly by an authorized person. What you'll have arguments with is the outfit that uses the money. Will they be unbiased and hire an independent and unbiased company to do the testing.
