UPS lost my package. What do I do?

I'm an Ebay seller, and UPS lost my package. The buyer won't respond to my messages, what now?

  • I sold an As-is laptop on ebay on the 11, I shipped it out the 12th, it went out for delivery on the 15th, but then nothing. It kept saying the package was rescheduled for delivery on the next day. It did this up to the 21st, then I contacted pakmail, because that is where I shipped it from. They contacted UPS and now on tracking it is listed as Exception. What could have happened and what should I do? My buyer will not respond to emails or phone calls. Could he have received it, or could he be a scammer? I noticed he has at least 4 accounts that have his contact information on them. 3 of them are being used for buying, and 1 for selling as I noticed under his feedback. What to do now? Also, it's like he doesn't even care he didn't receive it. No messages, disputes, claims, etc. Now it's been over 2 weeks! I'm glad he isn't angry, but I'm very confused.

    I wouldnt worry. I am sure if he did not get it he would call u very angery.
