Did i get charged from ebay?

Ebay fee. If the buyer doesn't pay for an item, do I still get charged the 10% final valuation fee?

  • I know this may be a dumb question but I'm pretty new to this. A buyer put a bid in for my item and won it then just disappeared. Will Ebay still charge me 10% final valution fee even though the transaction never actually went through? If they would charge me, is there any way for me to check if they have and and follow it up to get the fee back? This is further compounded by the fact that Ebay now make it so that you HAVE to leave positive feedback for a buyer. What am I meant to do? Mark him as a positive and then write "None payment. Coms sent and ignored. Avoid!"?

  • Answer:

You need to report him to ebay for non payment , they will then email him or even write to him at his address demanding payment, if he doesnt pay, they wont charge you and i think they refund (credit) your account, as long as you report him to ebay as non payer then ull be fine

You have to file non-payment claim and your final valuation fee will be credited.
