How can I get my money back through a paypal despute?.....paypal is saying case closed?...Item was never sent.

I paid $188 through paypal for these shoes on ebay and the lady would not contact me or send them. I have filed a dispute through paypal but several weeks later, i noticed it said case closed at that they had gotten 0.00 of my dollars back, but it said they are (actively trying or something) What can I do?......and why does it say case closed? Please Help

Well first off you need to file a complaint Immediately with the BBB (Better Business Bueru) at www.BBB.com they will contact ebay directly ..ususally the person who is in charge of handling complaints for ebay and be sure to answer your questions and get your money back the service at the bbb is free
