Why have the roles and activities of the HRM function changed over the past 20 to 30 years?
-
My group for class has a question that needs to be answered. This is the question...."Why have the roles and activities of the HRM function changed over the past 20 to 30 years? What has been driving this change? How effectively do you think HRM has responded?" Now, what we have decided to do was pick our own individual topics and then answer the question according to our topic. One person picked globalization, one person picked supply and demand, one picked law. Any suggestions as to what I should pick? I dont need the question answered, just a suggestion for a topic. Thanks
