  • ok i sold a iPod that is not working properly but on my policy i put that i accept refunds(cause i have sold lots of other thing and ebay saved my policy) well on my listing details i clearly put all the problems with the ipod and said AS IS ALL SALES ARE FINAL so is the buyer entitled to a refund? here is the listing http://www.ebay.com/itm/160658098147?ssP%E2%80%A6 for anyone that helps i appreciate it i know i messed up and said i have a return policy but i didnt mean to put that it was saved on my description or title i never said anything about it working or anything like that my description

    I use to sell on eBay practically as a second job. I can sense your frustration with a buyer requesting a refund. You did clearly state the condition the item was in and the terms of the sale. You have two options. You can either relent and give the refund, only after they've shipped the item back first. I've been burned that way several times. You could also open a case through eBay and they will investigate both parties complaints. I have no doubt they will rule in your favor, but there is that one in a million they side with the knucklehead. I would personally choose option two. Good luck.
