How long does USPS take to deliver a package?

How long does it take to deliver USPS Priority a package from chicago to Pennsylvania?

  • The packageleft at 12:48 today when would you estimate I get the package. Usps says 2-3 days for priority mail should i look forward to the package on Monday.

  • Answer:

    2 days, if it goes to a major city like Philadelphia or Harrisburg, etc. and 3 days if it is to a more remote rural village. BTW, that 2-3 day promise by USPS means weekdays, and does not include Saturdays or Sundays, so it will be delivered on Tuesday at the earliest.
