Doesn't everyone have sexual desires or feelings? If so, how come people won't admit they masturbate?

Some things, while real, and important, are considered Private. Being Private about this topic doesn't mean that you don't have sexual desires, or that you don't approve, or that you don't do it yourself - it means that you don't talk about it (at least not often and not to anyone who isn't REALLY close to you).

in some religions sex is perceived to be bad, but is is not therefore some people are afraid to talk about it ,that's called being prudish. sex is a natural bodily function that every one has from puberty on , unless there is something medically wrong with that individual. your friends might just be embarrassed by the feelings they are experiencing and not understand them. don't worry about it they will eventually come around. as long as you know you are normal.
