  If you have a unique idea and invention go on the Internet to one of the law web sites where you can buy forms and find a form called a Confidentiality Agreement. Fill out the form with the persons name who has already agreed to review your concept and have them sign the confidentiality form. Once your chosen person has reviewed the concept and lets say they agree with you that the concept is brilliant you then need to patent it. So you need to get a patent attorney. Once you get the patent filed and accepted by the US patent department you can go and license your idea or make it yourself. Don't and I mean Don't waste your time with these firms who claim they will do your patent and research for you. All they do is take your money. Find a local mentor to help you through the process.
