How long does it take to receive a medical bill?

I recieved a bill for $24 that is due 4/3/12, but I have yet to receive any of the gifts?

How long does it take before I receive anything? And if I sign up, are there more gifts that come along with this subscription? I skeptic about paying anything because I haven't recieved any of the gifts, or even a magazine that I can make my decision on. How do you bill someone before anything has ever been sent to them? Can you please let me know what is going on here? Thank you Sean Kelly

Throw it out. That's not really a bill. That's an attempt to get you to buy something by making it seem like you already bought the product and need to pay the bill.
