The difference between being a good salesperson and an excellent sales person is your ability to solve someone's problem. But in order to solve it, you have to know what it is, and they have to know what it is. Ask questions, make sure you are getting real answers, and only after you (and they) know WHY they need what you are selling do you actually try and sell it to them. Good luck.
