  Jo Blo I am shocked you were even able to determine there was no wrongful termination case. I barely made heads or tails of this story. However, one sentence stands out to me "Please show proof since one complaint and one video tape does NOT establish workplace violence." All it takes is one complaint especially in conjunction with a video! Who is to say there were not other complaints that were mishandled? Who is to say this was not the first incident, but in this particular case it was actually caught on tape. It's called creative legal work. It's done all the time.
