How To Make Multiple Minecraft Accounts?

Can someone give me a Minecraft User/Pass Plugin for cracked servers?

• I have a few assholes on my Minecraft server, all of them local friends but it's too many to keep track of. They've driven me crazy trying to find a plugin that provides you with a Username and Password log in for your specific account name. I need this because people that I have attempted to ban can just change their name and get back on. With whitelist, I can make it so only certain accounts to get on with certain passwords, so there will be no more hacking. I just need this plugin I'd love you if you provided one for me (preferably 1.8.1) (unless it works with almost all of them)
