Final remarks of wii vs PS3 vs xbox 360, whats your final remarks?

  • the PS3 coming out tommorrow and the wii coming out on sunday. i would say the best console thats out is xbox 360 here are my ranks (1 the best) 1)xbox 360 2)wii 3)PS3 some of you may be surprised that i picked PS3 to be the worst out of the 3, after two generations of sony winning the battles between the companys. This years its xbox 360's year and nintendo. to start xbox 360 has a amazing online features, and surprising nintendo wii has a good online too! as for PS3 it will be the same as PS2 online, where the game publishers have too get create there own online for the game. This means not all games of PS3 will be compatible for online play, where as the nintendo and the xbox, all games will be online because the console created online play, whitch is great!! yes, the PS3 will win for graphics, however graphics are great but they don't make a game. as for blueray, i don't think anyone will care for this feature. i gave my final remarks for the consoles, now i need your re

I personally support the PS3, but don't lose me. Please read my paragraph explaining why. I hope this changes the bias that you are getting from other gamers. Srry if this sounds awkward at points for meh grammer. Price = 600 but, that is for the expensive one. The Xbox 360 (premium) costs $400, and the Wii (only version thus far) $250 ($650). This is not including controllers where the Wii is going to have $60 remotes, not including the add ons for the remotes, and online costs of the 360 (which is pretty much the whole system). Meh, I can live without rumble, the PS3 focuses on quick load times and multimedia capabilities. To replace one feature (rumble) is not a big issue. I like the old games. I don't want to get a game that is just a spinoff. Remember that the blue ray component costs $1000 alone. That means that they got people in Asia that are working in video game sweat shops so we don't complain about $600, us stupid, ungratefull Americans... I do think that the Wii is a fun system, but I don't think it is going to be so much cheaper thanks to the outrageous controller costs. I myself am getting a PS3 and a Wii. Final decision: 1.) PS3 2.) Wii 3.) Xbox 360

The PS3 is my first choice, but it is definitely shrouded in mystery. Some of the first PS2's caught fire cuz they overheated. XBOX 360 is a great system, and I really love playin it, but I think it needs more compelling titles. Cant wait for HALO 3! BTW, Halo 2 has great new stuff on the 360, and all the previously pricey map packs are free now. I myself have not used a Wii before but I heard it will be a breakthrough in video gaming tech. Overall though, I am psyched about getting my hands on PS3 premium.

How can you rate something that is not out, yet? The XBox has a good head start, but I want to see how all the systems compare in a year or so. It will take time to develop great games and really make the systems work well. The PS3 is going to need a little time to play catch up, I think. We'll see how well Sony has done their homework.

You speak words of wisdom. I don't know how Sony keeps winning th console wars; The N64 was better than the PS1, The Xbox was way better than the PS2, and the Xbox 360 is clearly the superior console. The Wii is also a good console, the system is all about the motion sensor controller and old school games. The PS3's online service may be free, but the extra $50 for Xbox Live adds so much more to online play.

well...xbox 360 is a great console and all and has online stuff but xbox 360 is more expensive and ps3 doees not always have online stuff so ill choose nintendo im mean its cheaper than both of the others and still as fun but the poor graphics is a minor glitch (maybe a big one)

1) 360 2) Wii 3) PS3 I do agree with u but for different reasons. PS3 are too expensive and i don't think PS3 isn't a good deal at all. I am not so interested in Wii either. To be honest, i don't think Wii and PS3 are good systems. 360 in another hand, is affordable and u can get internet access with 360 easily. At last, i think PSP is the most system out there, because of the whenever movie watching, and whenever wireless internet. O.o

I am buying the nintendo wii, cause of the remote control and the ability to download classic nintendo games (ocarina of time, super mario brothers) plus it is also opera compatible so you can basically surf the web, its also the cheapest of the three so i dont see why you would think other wise, but gl and hope u find what your want

hm.. 1. PS3 (Blu-ray, Awsome online features, Hd-DVD) 2. Wii (The motion sensing remote controls, Downloading classic nintendo games. 3. Xbox 360 (Very good graphics, the Halo series)

Dude, you're wrong. Sure, I'd put PS3 at the bottom, too, but for a different reason: TOO DAMNED EXPENSIVE!!! And they bite from Nintendo and Microsoft. Their controller is motion senstive, but in all the wrong ways. And they have a "home" button in the center (I hear). Not all games from Microsoft are online compatible, and same with the future of Nintendo. The Wii is always connected to the internet, so it's not the game that's online, unless it's a pecified title. The same pretty much goes for the 360, just at a higher price and the log-on sequence. And PS3 is supposed to have a setup like the 360 (almost exactly like it), including a marketplace for game mods and addins, and an eventual "virtual console"esque PS1 download area. going online for both Sony and Nintendo is free. Downloads cost some. I place the Wii at the top for its inventiveness, price effectiveness, and family wannaplayness. 360 second for killer graphics and game, but at a better price than Sony. PS# falls behind because of the $500 price tag for a not sweet system, though their graphics are sweet, and I'm interested in the card game with the eyetoy.
