Regarding Sony's PSP, can anyone tell me the difference between the PSP 2000 and the PSP 3000?

PSP 3000 has better refresh rates, so games have less ghosting. 3000 has a better anti-glare screen, so you can play the 3000 is bright daylight. 3000 has a microphone built in. 3000 has a shorter battery life. 3000 has more colors. 3000 has scan lines. 3000 is also more resistant to custom firmwares. Composite cables are for regular TV. Component cables are for Enhanced/High Definition TV. The 2000 uses component cables, while the 3000 uses composite cables. Go figure.

The PSP 3000 has an improved LCD with an increased colour range, five times the contrast ratio,half the pixel response time to reduce ghosting and blurring effects, a new sub-pixel structure, and anti-reflective technology to improve outdoor playability. It has an integrated microphone. The start and select buttons have been changed to circular rectangles with the home button being replaced with a 'PS button'.
