Hulu.com Has several movies to watch for free. You have to just watch some commercials. It is legal. Also it is limited in the amount of movies. Hulu also has full episodes of tv shows.

watc-movies was cancelled about two or three weeks ago so found this one www.theonlydevice.com all the movies may not work but there is a great selection
