you could either start up a website if u know how, writing reviews for certain games or could make videos on youtube reviewing games as thats a good way to get known as then people might want to approach you or if u feel really confident you could just ask people in that area or if u have any friends/ contacts then ask them good luck

I was thinking about this too, try looking for any contact details on the back of game magazines or details, maybe write an example review and send in a letter? Strange I found someone else thinking about this.
