Should I get an Xbox 360 elite or a PlayStation 3?

Shoould I get the Xbox 360 or Playstation 3?

  • Hey guys... im deciding whether to buy the xbox 360 or the ps3.. The elite console of the xbox 360 is the same price as the playstation 3 (299.99)...both have the same amount of memory (120gb). Playstation 3 has way more stuff to come with it...like a blue ray player....and free wifi (is that like xbox live except for playstation?) But then Xbox 360 elite console comes with two free games...and it also has alot of the games id like....like halo 3....or fable 2.. what do you think i should get?

    For what it is worth, the playstation game network licks balls.... I have both and if you take away the blu-ray player..I hasn't been used in 2009

I would have advised you to choose the PS3 because of the backwards compatibility with old PS games and for the blue ray player, but the new PS3's are not backwards compatible (huge mistake on Sony's part). Anyway, go with whatever you will get the most enjoyment out of. If most of the games you like are for X-Box then get a 360.

xbox 360. the only category ps3 beats xbox in is graphics. xbox has more to offer. Facebook, Twitter, better and more games, removable hard drive, better exclusives, better gameplay, less lags, WAY more people online, better online experience, video chat and project natal is comming out so that will be another plus.

honestly i think that you should get an xbox 360 because it is waaaay more fun. i mean the Ps3 has its Perks like Wifi, Blu-ray but 360 is still better because the games are way more fun. But thats just My Opinion. ][=..

It seems there are more Xbox 360 players than Playstation 3, just my opinion. As far as xbox problems, I believe those problems are with the original ones produced in late 2005/early 2006. So, you shouldn't have a problem with the red rings of death. I have owned xbox's over the years and playstation consoles too, xBox 360 gets the most use. I have both. I use the PS3 as a blu-ray player, and I haven't bought a game since Little-Big Planet. Which is awesome. The PS3's network is free, but with Xbox live, you get what you pay for, honestly. It just works seamlessly, which PSN doesn't.

360 got more games. ps3 got better graphix. but if u want to go online, going on the ps3 is ALOT easier! which is why im getting a ps3. for 360 u need to buy a 100 dollar thing and buy alot of cards to play online. im going with the ps3 :D

get a ps3 i really want an xbox but i dont wanna put up with all the junk it gets like the red ring of death or the e74 error, get a ps3 and dont worry, ps3's dont break like xbox's
