How to get Custom Stories for Amensia on MAC?

Okay i jsut downloaded Amensia the Dark Descent for MAC. I downloaded the torrented version. I looked up tutorials of how to get the custom maps. It says i need to drag the custom map into my steam folder and into the custom stories folder. i dont even have steam or custom stories folder on my mac. what do i do?

Create the folder by right clicking and select new folder. Rename the folder as steam folder
