How do you use Action Replay codes on the No$Zoomer?

I've been playing Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time on the No$Zoomer emulator, and I wanted to try using some of the Action Replay codes for the game, but I don't know how to activate them, if I can at all, Does anyone have any idea for how I can do this?

try hitting ctrl+c or alt+c. that should bring up the cheat list.
