Is the sims 3 ambitions worth getting it?

I am getting the Sims 3 Ambitions Generations for me and my sister and I would need some help.?

  • What would happen if I would install Generations first and she Ambitions first and then we would trade and she would install Generations and I Ambitions. Would both of us need one disk to make the game work or would it be the extension pack cd which we installed latest to make the game work?

    I had Sims 2 Expansions and I played Sims 3 Expansions at my cousins and I beleive you are right, If you downloaded the Ambitions last that is the disc you need to play the game.
