Are stickers normally waterproof?

How long does it take to get all 700 stickers in Super Smash Bros. Brawl?

• I already made a CD factory type of stage and a stage where you're in a corner and all of the conveyor belts are bringing the sandbags to you. Both types of stages seem to do the same for me. I need four more stickers. I even do the brawls on lightning mode so I won't wait as long. Then, I did the math and found out that I get, on average, 10 stickers per minute. And the probability of me getting a new sticker is doing that for 17.5 minutes. I did it for an hour and a half and got nothing... on lightning mode! Am I not doing something right? I'm using Falco and I'm missing the Torchic sticker, the Muscular sticker, the Boney sticker, and another one (I forget what that it is). Are there some stickers that you can only get as certain people? I personally don't think so, because I have over 40 Poo stickers, Fire Flower stickers, and Ocarina of Time stickers with mostly using Falco (and a little bit of Kirby) and none of the games with Falco (or Kirby) connect to the games that any of those stickers are from. I still do the matches for more than the 17.5 minutes I'm expected to use to get a new sticker. I do one of those brawls about three times a day for about a week and I'm STILL stuck at 696 stickers. Is it just horrible luck or is there something that I don't seem to realize. Hopefully, I can get help from someone who's gotten all 700 stickers WITHOUT USING A GOLDEN HAMMER TO BREAK THE (collect all stickers) CHALLENGE!!!

  the only thing i have to suggest is to play on intense (if your good enough, not trying to say anything) on sub space or classic, likewise, you may get lucky, sorry but this is all i can give you....
