So far, I've played my copy of BV and I like it. Although I haven't been able to play extensively, I've been doing a lot of reading. The games been a bit buggy so I'm waiting for a patch. :) I've been reading up on things to do while sims are on vacation. This EP has given our sims quite a few things to do! While on your lot or a vacation lot. If you click on the floor, it gives you an option to 'Dig for Treasure'. Your sim may find a water pipe and bust it or get really lucky and find treasure. There is also a chance to find a special map that allows you to find a 'Secret Lot' on a vacation. Once at a 'Secret Lot', you can find up to 3 new special NPC's at different locations. While on vacation, simply select the sim who found the map (make sure they have it in their inventory), and have that sim walk of the lot to a community lot. A new location will show up with a question mark next to it. 1. Twikki Island - *Secret lot* find the Witch Doctor, if you repair all of his items that are broken, he will give you a voodoo doll. Have fun with this one! -There is also a Pirate ship and a pirate that teaches your sims a 'Sea Shanty' (a song), your sim can teach this to other sims. -Local native sims can teach your sim a new gesture - 'Hang Loose' or a new dance 'Hula' or 'Fire Dance' 2. Far East - *Secret lot* Tekimizu - Wise Old Man- after befriending him, he tells you a 'Dragon Legend' that you can tell other sims. There is also a ninja that you can meet, if you answer his questions correctly, he will teach you how to teleport! Local native sims can teach your sim a new interaction - 'Tai Chi' 3. Mountain - *Secret lot* Meet Bigfoot and if you get a high relationship with him, you can invite him into your family. Learn to 'Slap dance' or 'Chest pound' from a native. While on vacation, your Sims can also purchase souvenirs. 5 Far East souvenirs: sims gain faster skill building 5 Mountain souvenirs: non-romantic socials are more effective 5 Island souvenirs: romantic socials are more effective 5 Seashells: lower bladder decay 5 Voodoo Dolls: nearby sims hallucinate they are being attacked by bees There's a lot to do with this EP and I am enjoying it very much, If I should think of or hear more, I'll write it down. I have not found the need to actually use any cheats in bon voyage (except the money cheat motherlode) i found meeting there aspirations pretty easy to meet. i know that my sims when they went on vaccation they really enjoyed going on tours , you can get your sims to go on a tour while you no a community lot while on vaccation, there should be a guy standing near the telelphone booth, click him and book a tour. the sims seem to also enjoy learning how to do things like learning a new message technique or learning how to hulla dance or fire dancing. buying new jewlery and clothing seems to be a good one aswell. getting your sims to take lots of photos while on vaccation is a good idea, just click on the sim and select take photo then when your sims get home, they can order the photos they have taken and get them delivered as a photo album or picture in a photo fram to display in the sims home. you can also get your sims a vaccation home, so that way your sims dont have to always stay at a hotel. there are lots of little things in bon voyage that your sims can discover

Much like the person above me, this is the only Sims 2 expansion that in which I haven't felt the need to cheat. It's kept me pretty entertained so far. I only used Motherlode for my new Sim because, after buying his house, he had only §100. I made up some junk about how he inherited it or won a sweepstakes or something.

I really want to know how to make my own hotel! However I haven't been able to find a cheat for that yet. You can fill all your sims needs by typing ( maxmotives ) in the cheat bar and it will fill all of your sims needs. I really like the game so far, but wish I could create my own hotel!

What I'm doing is going on all the tours and when you go on them you can find secret hotels etc and stay in them in future! Two cheats I know what work are motherlode (money cheat) and maxmotives ( where there hunger, social, fun etc are full). I hope this helps. Have fun gaming! =]
