How do I unlock all Street Fighter 4's hidden characters?

beat the game on easiest difficulty (you can still unlock people on easiest difficulty) with, ryu, sakura (you get sakura when you beat it with ryu), c.viper, chung li (hardest person to beat the game with i think) m bison & able to get there hidden chairicters. all the other chairicters dont get you anything for beating the game. to get akuma, after you unlock everyone else you have to go through the game another time and get at least 2 perfects and 2 unltra finishes (where you beat the person with an ultra attack) once you do that just beat the last guy and you fight akuma afterwords. im not sure but i think your not suposed to die at all... not 100% sure though. after you get akuma to get goken you have to beat the game with all the hidden chairs including akuma. then after you have beaten the game with all of them go through it one more time get at least 2 perfects and 3 ultra finishes and at the end you should fight goken. you get him if you beat him. to get seth you need to finish the game with all the normal chars i think havent goten him yet.
