How do i clean my psp's analog stick?

PSP Analog Stick Keeps Moving Down By Itself.?

• Alright, I have this used PSP and the problem with it is that the analog stick moves down by itself. For example, if I start-up the browser, the mouse just slowly drifts down. Also, if I play a game, the function associated with moving the analog stick down activates. What should I do to solve this prob? Take the psp apart and clean the contacts in the analog stick assembly?? thanks..... (try 2 give me a solution that doesn't involve buying a new assembly)...... =)
