What are the best specific mods for Oblivion?

Oblivion and FallOut 3 mods sites?

• I've been using mods for both oblivion and FO3 for a while now, and they make the games a billion times better. About a year ago, I discovered a japanese site with mods for oblivion that I had never seen before and couldnt be found anywhere else for the most part. but they site vanished and i've never been able to find another site with those awesome mods. the mods were mainly armor/clothing created by japanese (and korean too i think?) modders, and while the american and euro clothing mods are great, the japanese mods were something new and wonderful. I was hoping someone knew of a site or two with oblivion mods like that. and maybe even Fo3 mods. those nexus mod sites are great and all (i visit everyday), but they just dont have everything. i still have a few mods from that japanese site that arent even mentioned of TESnexus and its been over year since i've had them. so any help would be great

  Planet Elder Scrolls (hosted by IGN's FilePlanet) has a Elder Scrolls mods TES Nexus doesn't. Most of the mods are on the Nexus sites, though, especially the Fallout 3 mods. You should ask this over at the Bethesda Game Studios' official forums. The mod community there is huge and very helpful and friendly. You'll probably get a lot more results than here. I now the Japanese site you're talking about by the way, the story behind that is that the Japanese community has a little hostility with the English community and the site admin intentionally took the site down when they noticed American and European IP Addresses accessing it.
