My regular xobx(not 360) is blinking red. What do i do?

PlayStation 3 Slim 120GB or Xbox 360 S 250GB?

  • PLEASE READ: I want to buy one of these great consoles, but i just do not know which one. As far as the hard drive i really do not care if the PS3 has less memory while the Xbox 360 S has more at the same price because all i need is really 60GB, but since these are my only two options this is what i have to do. I want the PlayStation 3 Slim 120GB and the Xbox 360 S 250GB but i just could not decide which one is better. The PlayStation 3 has PlayStation Move, while the Xbox 360 S has Kinect. Here are some games that i like for each console and please help me decide on some more games for each console. But, if i say that i want the Xbox 360 then i am going to come back to PS3 and say that there is no Little Big Planet on the Xbox 360 or Gran Turismo 5, or Uncharted 2. And if i go with the PS3 i am going to say that there is no Fable on the PS3, or Halo, or Forza. As far as Xbox Live it is an amazing online service, and for the PS3 PlayStation Network is also good, but has less connection. I heard that the Xbox 360 S 250GB got rid of the Red Ring of Death that the old consoles had, and got the Red Dot, which i assume is almost the same thing but a different name. So, if i buy the Xbox 360 and keep it for 1 year and 6 months and then the Red Dot happens and i couldn't fix it, i have to send it to Xbox let them fix it for almost the same price of a new system, when i don't want to pay that much. Also, then what happens to all of my games that i got because i would not want to buy another console for $300.00. Also, the Xbox 360 S 250GB only has a 1 year warranty while the Elite has three years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!! HELP P.S: Please explain your answer and do not just type in what you think so do not just say "Xbox 360 or PS3" EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK I SHOULD GET THE CONSOLE!!! Thanks everybody!!!     In my opinion, you should pick the Xbox 360 because of the following reasons: - Satisfying shape of controllers. - Cheaper than PS3. - More great games. - Car racing and FPS games are attached to the Xbox 360, as it has the Left and Right Triggers that feel just like the gun trigger or the gas pedal. - The Xbox 360 has very few bugs now, and the Ring of Death happens only if you overheat your system playing 24/7. - Almost every game the PS3 has, Xbox 360 has it and has better rating. - The built-in blu ray media player in the PS3 is a waste, since you already have one, presumably your family watches movies. - Xbox Live is a lot more active than PS3 Network. And while you are at it, don't buy the Elite Version. Only buy it if you are planning on playing games the old version Xbox. Instead invest in 3 more controllers for your friends. Co-op can be very fun!! Judge for yourself, because that is just my point of view. Good luck!

PS3. The Xbox has a better tendancy to give out, over heat, randomly mess up before the PS3. I also like the game quality a lot better onn the PS3.

look ps3 slim is great and so is the xbox. it really depends on wht u want and how long u want it for. ps3 will last way longer i have friends tht got it when it first came out and it still perfectly. as for the exbox kinect is actually pretty laggy. becuase in the videos everything seems rehearsed. while the playstation moveis much more accurate because of its camera. so its ur choice ilike the ps3 though
