Gamestop pre-orders help. how do you get the gamestop pre-order specials into your game etc?

ok so i already asked about this but i got assassins creed brotherhood and i rly want to harlequin character. i dont see one of those pices of plastic or cardboard that would have one of those codes on it. and i most definately preordered my copy. the cashier even said it comes with the character. is there somehting im missing? is the code somewhere else? do i need to call gamestop to tell em they messe dup?

Its on the receipt, there is a code on the bottom end of the receipt...
